Heat butter or oil n a pan and
add onions and fry till they turn
translucent, then add ginger garlic
paste and fry till it gets fragrant.
Add green chilli and tomatoes,
fry till tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
Now to this add pav bhaji masala and mix it well.
Then add grated
cauliflower and cook for few
Add potatoes, required water, salt
along with capsicum and mix it well.
Add coriander leaves mix well
and mash the curry, if you desire
a smooth bhaji.
Add small amount of butter along
with some lemon juice and stir well
to cook till the gravy thickens
and transfer to a dish.
Slit the pav buns horizontally
leaving one edge intact.
Heat butter in a pan. Open the buns
and toast both sides for a min or two.
Garnish with onions and cilantro
and serve hot.
