Cooking Method :
Remove the upper skin of beetroot using peeler and grate the beetroot. Soak moog daal for around 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and saute for some time. Now add green chillies and onions and cook till it is light brown.
Add grated beetroot and cook it for sometime.
Add moong daal and fry till it is cooked properly.
Now add green chillies, salt, cumin powder, seasame powder, coriander powder and cook till all the moisture is gone.
If required add some water, else cook it in oil itself. Our Beetroot Curry is ready. Transfer it to a dish and serve hot.
