Cooking Method :
Slice beetroot, tomato and onions thinly. Heat small quantity of water in a vessel at medium flame. Add thinly sliced beetroot along with salt into the vessel and let it boil. When the slices turn tender, reduce heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes till the water evaporates. Drain the cooked beetroot and place it in a large bowl. Now lets assemble the salad, add sliced Tomatoes along with Onions into the bowl. Pour oil along with powdered pepper and salt. Using a spoon combine it all together. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. And there, your yummy delicious salad is ready to serve.
Beetroot tomato Salad can be served as a side dish, to accompany the main course. It can be served as an Appetizer as well.
