Cooking Method :
Add onion in buttermilk, mix well. Take all purpose flour in a plate and mix with chilly powder, Pepper powder, Baking soda, cornflour.
Add 1 spoon sugar and salt as required. Now add onions soaked in butter milk to the flour and mix well.
Fry the onion masalas in oil. After 10 min transfer to a plate. Drain off excess oil.
The onion masala is ready to be served.
