Method of Preparation :
Grind 1 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds. Roast and powder the rest of the cumin seeds and keep aside.
Marinate chicken with cumin paste, ginger paste, salt, chilli powder, turmeric and vinegar for 2 hours.
Heat oil and fry chopped onion and garlic till light brown. Add the chicken along with the marinade. Sauté well. Add enough water to cook the chicken. When done, add mustard paste and sauté well for a few minutes.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and serve hot.
