Ingredients :

Jack fruit
Elaichi
Maida
Jeera
Coconut
Salt

Cooking Method :

First cook jack flesh and jaggery together. When done, add elaichi, maida, jeera and salt.. Mix well. Add chopped coconut pieces too. Transfer it into another bowl when set.

Now spread the cooked dough or mix over the leaf. Either fold it or closed it with another leaf.

Keep it over steaming vessel and steam it for few minutes.
