Ingredients :

Jack fruit
Dal
Onion
Shallot
Green chillies
Ginger
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil

Cooking Method :

Chop the flesh and seed of jack fruit. Grind it slightly in a mixie. Next grind the soaked dal. Now its time to gring onions. Blend shallot, green chillies, ginger, garlic etc. Then add a pinch of Turmeric powder and salt. Mix it well and keep for half an hour.

Make small rounds out of it. Deep fry in hot oil.
