Cooking Method :
Chop the flesh and seed of jack fruit. Add sliced ginger and green chillies. Chop the Curry leaves nicely and add them too. Then add around 2 cups of maida and 3 cups of gram flour. Finally few chopped cilantro and salt. Mix them really well from all sides.
Take a few portion of the loose dough and fry in hot oil. When it is of light brown color take it out and serve it hot !!!
