Cooking Method :
In a bowl, take 2 cups of maida and 3 cups of gram flour, 1 tbsp chilly powder, 1 tbsp sugar. Mix the ingredients well. Now make a batter by adding enough water.
Make sweet filling with jaggery, coconut and rice flakes.
Now staff the jack flesh with the fillings and dip it well in the batter.
Deep fry it for few minutes and serve hot!!!
