Cooking Method :
First cut each idli into four to six pieces.
Beat the curd along with water till it becomes smooth.
Add required salt and sugar into it.
Heat oil in a small pan. Splutter mustard seeds, Urad
dal, Curry leaves and dry red chilies. Add this to the beaten curd and
mix it well.
Grind the cashew nut , coconut and green chillies together.
Add it to the curd as well. Finally add the idlis to it and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
