Cooking Method :

First pour some coconut oil to it. We are making it in a traditional way. Add shallot, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, red chillies to this add chilli powder, turmeric power, malabar tamarind. Pour water to it. Add salt to taste. Cook till the water reduces and then add cleaned Sardine fish to it.. The gravy should be absorbed by the fish and fish juice should get mixed with the gravy.. We dont use coconut milk or powder, we only use chilly powder and turmeric powder. A spicy flavour emanates as the curry gets cooked.

It has a thick gravy, not only with rice but it gives a good taste with kappa, appam etc... it is a very spicy curry..
