Paneer and Palak Rice

Ingredients :
Onion	-	1
Green chilli + Ginger + Garlic paste	-	1 table spoon
Garam Masala	-	to taste
Palak	-	200gms
Basmati Rice	-	1cup
Salt	-
Paneer cubes	-
Coriander leaves	-

Cooking Method :

Soak rice for half an hour

Wash and grind palak in mixer with little water and keep aside

Take ghee in a pan

Add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and saute it well

Add sliced onion and cook it well till golden brown

Add soaked and drained rice and saute for 1 min

Add garam masala, palak paste and stir well

When it starts boiling, add salt to taste and paneer cubes

Mix well and cover with a lid. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
