Method of preparation:
- Wash the rice.
- Heat ghee & cooking oil in a cooker.
- Add cardamom, cinnamon
- Cook onion until brown, add tomatoes, green chilies and add ginger &garlic.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder
- Add tomato paste, whole black pepper, and whole coriander & chopped coriander leaves.mix chicken pieces. Add 6 cups water. Bring to boil. Add rice & salt. Add lemon juice.
- Close the cooker. Don't put weight. Leave the rice on low heat to absorb.
- U can use a large pot with tight lid.
