Cooking Method :
Heat 4-5 tbsp of oil on medium flame in a pan. Add onions and stir around till it softens and turns golden brown. Now you can add salt, coriander powder, garam masala and red chilly powder into our recipe continue sautéing until the spices blend well. Now it's time to add chopped tomato into the recipe and fry until the veggies turn translucent.
Mean while we can add our special ingredients such as mushrooms and chat masala into the recipe. Keep sautéing and add 3-4 tbsp of tomato ketchup to the recipe, it gives a sweet taste to our recipe. Continue sautéing for some more time until the oil separates.
Now if you want the curry to have gravy, lets add a glass of water mixed with corn flour into the recipe and continue to cook covering the lid for 4-5 minutes. And finally your spicy mushroom masala is ready to serve.
