Method of Preparation :
Clean and cook the prawn with
turmeric and salt and keep aside. Grind the ingredients for masala.
Heat oil in a pan and put mustard.
When it splutters, add curry leaves and onions. Saute till onion turn golden
brown. Add half of the diced capsicum, ginger-garlic paste, ground masala and sauté
well. Add required water, remaining capsicum and cook well.
Add prawns and mix well. Close the
pan and cook for few minutes. Finally add garam masala and chopped coriander
leaves. Serve hot.
