Cooking Method :
Fry chopped garlic, ginger, green chilly, onion, and crushed green chilly in coconut oil and keep aside.
Pour some oil in a pan
Add fried mixture of garlic, ginger, green chilly, onion and crushed green chilly to the oil.
We have already boiled the clams with salt and turmeric powder. Add this with the mixture. Stir well.
To this mixture, add 2 tsp of pepper powder, 2 tsp garam masala, 3 tsp coriander powder and mix well.
Finally add curry leaves to it
