Cooking Method :
Cut the potatos into small pieces in lengthwise
it should not be very thin.
Take a frying pan and add oil, mustard, hing bit and then add potato pieces and fry for some time and then add salt and fry till the potatos cook nicely then add chilli powder and fry for sometime and then add besan little bit and then fry till the potatos mix well with besan and atlast add coriander leaves. If you want you can add little bit garam masala also. you should add water in this.
Now your tasty, yummy potato fry is ready to eat. |
