Cooking Method :
To begin with, fry Rava in a pan on medium flame till the roasted smell wafts out... Don't let the Rava change color, so keep sautéing. Add 2 tbsp of Ghee into the pan and mix well; to this add half cup of finely Grated Coconut. When the Rava coconut combo gets fried, add roasted cashew nuts and raisins into the mixture.. Continue to sauté till the Cashew nuts and Raisins mix well with the Roasted Rava.
Add the Rava mixture into a mixer and let it blend well. You could roast and add other dry fruits or nuts like almonds/ badam to make the cereal more nutritious..
You can serve Rava powder with Sugar, along with Tea as Snack.
