A simple, yummy Chicken Wrap to satiate your kids hunger

Chicken thigh and leg boiled and shredded - 300 gms
Washed wiped button mushrooms chopped - 200 gms
Onion chopped - 1 medium
Green chillie chopped - 1
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Chopped fresh parsley - 50 gms
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper - for seasoning
Chicken stock - 3 tbsp

Cooking Method:

Heat Olive oil in a non stick pan , add chopped onion and saute it well for 3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies and again fry it for one minute. Add chopped mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes. Put chicken along with required salt and pepper and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add 3 tbsp of chicken stock and saute for five minutes until the dish becomes dry. Add chopped parsely and mix well. Check for seasoning. .

Take a Kubbus and top it with prepared chicken and roll it. Now the chicken wrap is ready to serve.
