Cooking Method :
Grind together the coconut, corriander seeds, garlic, Cumin Seeds,Tamarind and Red Chillies. You should get a nice orange colour masala.
Heat the vessel add the masala along with enough water to make a substantial gravy fry for a minute. Then add tumeric powder.
Now add Green chillies, kokum and add to the curry with the prawns. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the salt to taste.
Finally, add the thick coconut milk. Simmer without boiling for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Serve with steamed white rice and fried fish.
