Potato Cheese Roll

Here is the recipe for a potato cheese snack you can make in a jiffy!!

It is yummy and kids will definitely love it.

Ingredients :
Potatoes - 2 Nos.
Cheese - sliced in cubes
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Bread crumbs - as required
Egg (yellow) - 1 no
Green chilly (Chopped) - 4 nos
Oil - to fry

Cooking Method :

Boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes.

When it is cooked well remove the skin and mash it finely.

Mix coriander leaves, green chilly, and salt with the mashed potatoes.

Make a big ball out of this; flatten it with placing it on the palms.

Place a slice of cheese in between and roll it finely with your hands.

Beat the egg yoke finely and spread the breadcrumbs on a plate.

Dip the roll in the egg yolk and roll it in the bread crumbs.

Then fry the rolls till golden brown, in heated oil in a pan.

Heyy... The tasty snack is now ready. Serve it in a serving dish. Kids will definitely love it..
