Soak the fish fillets in lime juice and salt for half an hour. Wash and pat dry. Dust the fillet with a mixture of flour and chilli.
Soak the minced meat in vinegar and salt for half an hour. Shell and de-vein the prawns.
Heat the oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Add the mince and prawns. Cover and put it on a low heat. When it become soft and dry add the rest of the ingredients into it. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
Take a fillet. Put the filling inside and roll. Dip into beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs, Repeat the process once more. Deep fry till golden brown. Makes 10 rolls.
