Cabbage Pickle

Ingredients:    
Cabbage finely chopped - 3 or 4 cups
Red chilli powder - 2 or 3 spoons
Salt - 2 or 3 spoons
Garlic - 6 or 7
Oil - ½ cup

procedure:

Mix cabbage with salt. After thirty minutes squeeze out the water from it. Now add red chilli powder and chopped garlic to it. Finally mix it with oil. Serve after six hours.

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
