It is a very simple dish to make... Place the pan on the stove. Pour oil into the pan and splutter mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
Lower the fire; pour water and curd into it. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder to the pan followed by chopped tomatoes. Mix the ingredients together. Cut green chillies lengthwise and put into the curry. Add salt to taste.
Boil the curry till it turns into a thick juicy consistency. Turn off the stove.
Here the curry is ready to serve. It’s an interesting side dish with Chappathi’s.
