Ingredients:    
White dal - 2 table spoon
Mustard - 1 table spoon
Curry leaves - a few
Red chilli - 4
Tamarind - a little
coconut - small bowl
Asaphodia powder - 1 table spoon
Salt - to taste

Method:

Fry white dal,mstard,asaphodia,curry leaves and chilli.After frying grind these items with salt,coconut,tamarind.

The hot White dal chutney is ready to eat with Idiappam..
