Cooking Method :
Wash Poha under running water for 2 mts and drain
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it splutters add onion and saute till it becomes transparant, add green chilli, cubed potatoes and salt and lid it till potatoes are cooked.
By this time poha would have become soft. Fluff it gently with a fork and add to the mix . Mix it with lemon juice, Sugar, turmeric.
Lid and keep for 2-3 mts. Garnish with coriander leaves and crushed peanuts and grated coconut and aloo poha is ready to serve.
