Fish(shark) fillet : 1/2 kg
Onions : 2,medium size
Green chillies : 4 medium size
Mustard : ΒΌ tsp
Ginger : 2 inches
Oil : 2 tsp
Salt :

1 tbsp

Method :

  1. Boil fish in a idly cooker
  2. After it is boiled scramble the fish(remove the skin)
  3. take a frying pan
  4. pour oil
  5. put mustard,onion chopped,green chilli,ginger chops,and fry till brown
  6. now add scrambled fish and little salt to taste and fry

Fish puttu is very delicious. I have prepared fish puttu in m home. It came out well. Everybody in my house appreciated me after eating fish puttu.
