Soak rice and urad dal in beated curd for four to five
hours. Leave it for four hours for fermentation.
Add ginger and chilli paste. if required add some water
Take flat tawa and pour spoon full of butter at the center and spread
lightly. Sprinkle finely chopped onion.
Put one tbs of oil over edges of the pancake in low
flame. Keep lid. Reverse it and cook for 1 min.
And serve with coconut chutney or ginger chutney.
