Ginger Chutney

Ingredients :    
Ginger : 3inch piece
Tomato : 3nos
Red chillies : 5nos
Urad dal : 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves : 8
Curry leaves : 10
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Salt : to taste
chana dal : 1tbs

Method of Preparation : 

Take a pan heat and put one tsp oil and put chana dal, chilli, ginger, tomatto, curry leaves& coriander leaves all together fry and put salt to taste and then grind nicely in the mixy then heat the pan and put 1tbs oil put mustard seed and urad dal some curry leavs and put asafoetida [hing]
