Ingredients :

Ladies finger
Dry mango powder
Besan flour
Oil to fry

Method :

Slit the ladies finger into thin long strips.

Sprinkle besan flour to just cover the vegetable as a thin coat.

Deep fry in hot oil till light golden brown.

Sprinkle 2-3 pinch of dry mango powder. Serve hot
