Chhurpi soup

Ingredients :    

Tomato sliced

- 1/2 cup

Chopped onion

- 1/2 cup

Sliced green chillies

- 3-4

Ginger

- 1 table spoon

Turmeric powder

- 1/4 table spoon

Panch phoran

- 1/2 table spoon
Salt - 1 table spoon

Method :

Take a frying pan and pour oil in it and keep it over an oven. Once the oil becomes hot, fry the panch phoran and onion together in a low heat. Fry them until they become brown.

After that add the sliced gingers with this mixture. After a while drop the sliced tomatoes and chillies into the pan and add the cheese. Do not forget to add salt. Fry the whole matter until it becomes completely brown.

Your delicious soup is prepared, now put off the pan from the heat. You can garnish this soup with coriander leaves.

Chhurpi soup is desired to serve hot with rice.
