Cook the 1st ingredients in a pressure cooker and
sieve the soup. Keep the fish flesh aside
Heat the butter and saute with flour. When it is
done remove from fire and let it cool. After that add the milk into it. Stir continuously
at the time of adding milk and filter the solution.
Heat the soup in a pan and put the white sauce into it.
Add sufficient salt and pepper powder. Bring to a boil and remove from
fire. Add the flesh kept aside.
Serve hot bu garnishing the soup with celery or coriander
