Method :
Cook the beef with turmeric & pepper powder, garam masala and
salt. Mince the beef in a mixer. Keep aside. Steam the potatoes, peel the skin and
mash well without crumbs. Heat oil in a pan and add onions, when the onions becomes
brown, add green chilli, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, curry leaves,
coriander leaves, crushed ginger, mix well and cook. After 5 minutes, remove
from fire, then mix the minced beef and potato mix well, and make small
cutlet shapes with the mix. Break eggs and pour into a vessel. Remove the yellows and
beat well. Cover the cutlet with egg & bread crumbs and fry in hot oil
until brown. Place the cutlets on tissue paper to drain excess oil. Serve with tomato ketchup.
