Ingredients :
Dried Chilli	-	50 gm
Coriander	-	100 gm
Cumin Seeds	-	1 tsp
Pepper	-	2 tbs
Mustard	-	1 tsp
Turmeric	-	2 pieces
Cinnamon	-	2 pieces
Clove	-	12
Cardamom	-	¹/₄ tsp

Popular Tags:
Pepper, Cardamom, Mustard,

Method :

Roast the ingredients except turmeric, cinnamon, clove and cardamom.

Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder and store in an air tight container.
