Cut the salami into thin slices. Cut tomato, capsicum and onion into squares and cauliflower into florests. In 15ml oil, mix the vegetables with little salt.
Take 8 wooden skewers, thread all the ingredients on them. Brush with little oil and place them on the full plate or quarter plate. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Turn skewers, brush with oil and microwave on high for more minutes. It can be arranged on a bed of rice and served with barbed sauce.
