Dhaniya Chicken

Ingredients :    
Chicken - 1kg
Oil - 200gms
Coriander seeds - 20gms
Onions  - 250gms
Turmeric powder - 2gms
Chilly powder - 10gms
Coriander leaves - 10gms
White cumin - 5gms
Ginger-garlic paste - 20gms
Tomato (medium)  - 4nos
Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bay leaves, Nutmeg - 10gms
Salt to taste

Method :

Heat the oil, add cumin and coriander seeds. Add the sliced onions and fry till golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, turmeric powder and tomatoes. Fry till the mixture is well cooked. Add the chicken to the gravy and cook till the gravy thicken.

Remove from fire and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, keep it covered for 10 minutes. Serve it hot.
