cashew nuts and raisins in some ghee and keep aside.
some ghee in a thick bottom pan on a low flame. Add besan flour (gram flour/
chickpea flour) and
stir continuously. Occasionally add ghee into it. Keep stirring till the flour
becomes golden brown and ghee separates. It will take about 10-12 minutes.
Remove from fire.
fried cashew nuts and raisins along with powdered cardamom and sugar to the
fried besan flour and mix well. Make small balls with the mixture while still
comfortably hot. Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
