Mash khoya and fry on a slow fire for one minute. Cool, mix sugar and dry fruits and keep aside. Crumble laddoos thoroughly. Divide into 2 parts. Spread one part uniformly on an oiled plate. Spread one layer of khoya over it and the rest of the crumbled laddoos over it. Decorate with cashewnuts. Leave till it sets well. Cut pieces with the help of moulds. This mixture will give you 16 pieces. This is a delicious sweet for special occasions.
