Maida (refined wheat flour) - 250 gms
Oil -  2 tbsp
Oil   for frying
For masala paste:    
Mung dal (green gram lentil) - 50 gm
Salt - 1 tsp
Green onion -
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Green chilly - 2
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
Ginger - 1" piece
Coriander leaves (finely chopped) for flavour

Method of Preparation: 
Grind all the ingredients together to make the masala paste. Put 2 tbsp. of oil in maida, add the masala paste and make a dough adding water, if required.

Now make 20-25 balls of equal size and flatten it to puris.

Deep fry in oil. Serve hot.

We have to soak the moong dal? Or we have to boil? If that question is clear. We can try it out.
