Heat oil in a pan, add splutter pepper corns and add chopped onions.
Add chopped ginger and garlic, ginger garlic paste & green chillies.
Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala and mix well for some more time.
Then add chopped tomato along with required salt and again mix well and close the lid for 5 to 7 minutes.
Now add the chicken pieces and mix well with the masala in it and close the lid, for 15 to 20 minutes, till the chicken gets cooked.
Now open the lid add cashew nut paste along with a pinch of pepper powder and garam masala. Again mix well.
Allow the gravy to thicken. Now our Pepper Chicken is ready. Transfer it to a Serving bowl and serve hot.
