Soak Soya in hot water till they puffs up, drain them and keep it aside. Blend soya in a mixie for a second.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, when onions are golden in colour add turmeric, chopped coriander, chopped mint, cook this till crispy.
Now add ginger-garlic paste, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder followed by tomatoes, water, cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add Soya granules and cook this for 5 minutes in a low flame.
Serve this hot with rice, and chapattis,
