In a bowl, mix gram flour, chopped onion, capsicum, finely chopped green chillies, chilly powder, garam masala and salt with water.
Make sure there are no lumps and stir well to make a smooth paste.
Cut each chapatti into 6 cone shaped pieces and spread the gram flour filling on it.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the coating side of the missi roti first in oil. then turn over & cook the other side.
Serve hot with pickle or sauce!
