Preparation :
Take a bowl and add yogurt along with onion, ginger, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi powder, coriander leaves & salt. Mix well.
Now add a cup of corn flour and mix it well again.
Heat oil in a pan. Take a spoonful of the mixture and deep fry in hot oil until they are golden in colour.
Drain the oil and transfer the kebabs into a dish and serve your dahi kebabs hot with coconut chutney.
