Cooking Method :
Take smashed potato and mix with ginger garlic paste, garam masala,coriander powder, red chilly powder.
Cut boiled eggs into 2 . Then cover the egg with the mixed potato masala. Make it in a shape of a ball with thick covering.
Break one raw egg and beat it well. Then roll the potato egg ball in it and mix well. Coat the ball with some bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown. Drain off excess oil and transfer to a plate.
Potato Egg Chop is ready to be Serve.
