Cooking Method :
Heat a kadai and dry roast coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Black pepper corns, Fennel seeds and Dried red chillies.
Transfer this mixture into a mixer jar and coarsely grind it. Our ground masala is ready.
Heat oil in a pan. Add Asafoetidia, Kalonji, ginger and garlic and saute. Add potatoes, to this add red chillipowder and dried mango powder. Then add salt and mix well.
Finally add ground masala and coat each piece with it.
Hot Dum Aloo is ready!!!
