Cooking Method :
Take a bowl and add roasted semolina, maida, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, salt and mix well.
Knead into a smooth soft dough using enough water and keep aside for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a tubular shape. Divide it into 2 equal parts. Using a knife cut them into thin strips.
Heat coconut oil in a pan and deep fry the sticks.
Heat sugar with 1/2 cup of water and allow it boil till sugar melts. Squeeze some juice from half a lemon into it.
Put all the fried sticks together into the sugar syrup. Mix well till each of them are coated with the syrup.
Stick snack is ready !!!
