Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic pasteand saute it
for few seconds. Add chopped onion, carrots and chopped capsicum and mix
it well. Add Soya sauce and again mix it for some more time as well.
Add boiled noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper powder
and 1 tsp of chilly sauce and mix it well. Now switch off the stove and
let the noodle cool down completely.
Meanwhile take bread pieces and cut out all sides. mix little salt in
water. Dip the bread in water and press it in between your hands. Put
noodle stuffing inside and seal all the sides and corners.
Heat oil in medium flame and deep fry rolls till they become brown and
crispy. Here is the crispy noodle bread rolls ready to serve.
