Quick and easy indian food chutney recipe

Ingredients :
Onion (medium sized) - 3
Coriander leaves (chopped) - handful
Mint leaves - 1 sprig
Whole red chillies - 2
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Carrot - 1 sliced
Tamarind - a piece
Ginger - a small piece
Salt - to taste

 Cooking Method :

Grind all the ingredients in a mixer grinder to a smooth paste.

Your instant raw chutney is ready to serve. It tastes good with Idli, dosa, Uthappam, chappathi etc.
