Cooking Method :
Heat oil in a kadai or pan. Add required curry leaves, Chopped green chillies, Chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped onions, Salt to taste. We will make it like a paste after adding onion, chilly etc. we have made onion like a paste, now will add tomatoes. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Add brain stock water, this water in which brain was boiled, we make roast using this water. So that we get the exact taste of it. Add boiled mutton brain. We boil it with a pinch of turmeric powder and salt for a few seconds in water. Lastly add few curry leaves too, to get a good flavour and taste.
