Cooking Method :
Add ingredients such as corn flower, maida, ginger chopped, white pepper, soyabean sauce along with water and mix well to make a smooth paste. coat the fish pieces and deep fry in oil.
Add oil in another pan to this add garlic, ginger, sliced onions and saute to fry. Add in cubed onions, capsicum and green chillies, salt, white pepper powder, sugar continue to toss and fry. Further spice up the recipe by adding chilly sauce, tomato sauce and soya bean sauce. Put in the fried fish pieces and continue to toss and fry. Garnish with celery and serve hot.
